Responsibilities
• Compile data for credit packages including financial statements, cash flow, and collateral value.

• Interpret analysis outcomes and prepare summaries and recommendations for loan approvals.

• Evaluate and analyze commercial and business banking loan applications.

• Identify credit strengths and weaknesses and document credit worthiness analysis.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations in processing credit requests.

• Identify risks and mitigating factors in credit analysis.
,
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
,
• Recommend exceptions based on findings and analysis.
,
• Collaborate with Relationship Manager on complex loan structuring.
,
• May have authority to approve loans beyond organizational guidelines.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

• 1+ year of experience in commercial or small business underwriting and credit analysis.

• Basic knowledge of commercial and small business lending policies and procedures.

• Ability to analyze financial statements, business plans, and credit reports.

• Good judgment and decision-making skills.

• Strong customer relations and communication skills.

• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
