The role in a nutshell:
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join our Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Strategic Finance to partner with the GTM organization to build, maintain and optimize their business strategy. This is a highly visible role that will not only partner with leaders within the GTM org, but also with leaders across the broader organization to drive efficiency and execution to hit company-level objectives.
What youÂll do:
 Own the ARR and subscription revenue models, partnering with the GTM Strategy & Ops team to convert the bookings forecast into reliable metrics to use in these models
 Being the Finance liaison for Pricing & Packaging (P&P) by partnering with Engineering to build a unit cost framework and working with Product Marketing and GTM Ops to build these cost assumptions into the overall pricing model
 Be a regular contributor to our systems and automation project roadmap by building solutions directly into the planning system or defining requirements documentation for projects to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Finance
 Optimize our budget-versus-actuals (BVA) reporting process for GTM leadership by delivering key insights on spend trends and how they relate to productivity and sales capacity
 Manage an ongoing list of strategic finance projects to prioritize each quarter; share this project plan with GTM and Exec leadership regularly
 Participate in various ad hoc analyses and projects with members of GTM Strategy & Ops or GTM leadership
What we're looking for:
 6+ years of experience in a combination of FP&A or Strategic Finance at a high-growth tech company, consulting, or Big 4
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
 Exceptional communication skills in all forms (verbal, written, and visual) and the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
 Strong proficiency in financial modeling, and analytics and visualization tools
 Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges
 This role requires a self-starter, keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
 History of building positive relationships with people and teams across a broad, diverse organization
 Strong knowledge of GAAP and Accounting is a plus
Base Salary Range
$125,000 - $170,000 USD
