Responsibilities
• Onsite HR Support for clients in New England (NH, ME, MA, VT)

• Processing payroll and ensuring payroll compliance
,
• Assisting with employee benefits administration
,
• Implementing new Payroll/Benefits/HRIS systems
,
• Handling HR-related tasks for remote clients
,
• Reviewing and updating Employee Handbooks
,
• Managing FMLA and Leaves of Absences
,
• Creating HR Policies and Performance Appraisals
,
• Assisting with Employee Relations issues

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
,
• Payroll Processing experience (required)
,
• Benefits Administration experience (required)
,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
,
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
,
• Strong research skills
,
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail

• Willingness to travel within New England (ME, MA, NH, VT)
