 Reporting to the CEO, the Investment Banking/Private Equity Career Specialist's priorities will be to support Greenwood Project scholars toward career pathways into investment banking and private equity.
 Additionally, the Investment Banking/Private Equity Career Specialist will support the design and development of effective systems to prepare students for internships in the finance industry.

Requirements: Â Completed bachelorÂs degree or equivalent. MasterÂs Degree preferred. Â Minimum 2 years of experience within the Financial Services industry, specifically in Investment Banking or Private Equity. Â Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and think critically about the intersections between identity and job performance. Â Ability to design feedback loops and protocols related to improving job performance. Â Ability to work cross-functionally and on a team to align programs or products to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders. Â Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making. Â Ability to design systems to track and monitor data; strong Excel skills preferred. Â Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written, and the ability to tailor presentations to a variety of audiences. Â Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Â Ability to occasionally travel to program and partner events or attend some evening or weekend events. Â Desire to operate in a start-up environment. Â Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
