Part-time Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO (Finance Industry)

FreedUp is an Austin, TX based "Executive Assistant Agency” that matches elite founders and executives to world-class EAs.

In this particular role, you will be paired (part-time) with the founder of a wealth management firm.

Schedule:
• Monday - Friday (mornings, ideal)
• 20 hrs/wk

Pay Range:
• $20 to $30/hr depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities
• Triage the Executive's email inbox and respond to emails on the Executive's behalf
• Manage complex calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Prepare, proofread, and edit presentations, reports, and other documents
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
• Conduct research and gather information to assist in decision-making and problem-solving
• Serve as a liaison between senior executives, employees, and external stakeholders

Qualifications: • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred • A proven track record of supporting executives in a virtual setting is required

Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gsuite and similar tools
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and discretion
