As a B2B Sales Closer, you will play a critical role in converting leads into clients by successfully navigating the sales process and finalizing deals. Your expertise in sales strategies and relationship-building will be essential as you engage with the business customers and address their needs.

Responsibilities: • Identify and connect with qualified leads generated by the sales team. • Conduct sales presentations and discussions to showcase our B2B solutions and their benefits. • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction. • Handle objections and concerns from potential clients with empathy and professionalism. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system. • Collaborate with marketing sales teams to refine lead-generation strategies and improve conversion rates • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on closing deals.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
