Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with a passion for improving online health care and mental health care platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our web-based applications and coaching tools, contributing to a seamless user experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
 Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for online health care applications
 Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements
 Utilize Jira and Zephyr for test case management, tracking defects, and reporting
 Document test results and provide feedback to development teams
 Perform manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality software releases
 Identify and report bugs in a clear and concise manner
 Assist in the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks
 Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA methodologies
Requirements
 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in online health care or mental health care applications
 Proficiency with testing tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence
 Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
