Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with a passion for improving online health care and mental health care platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our web-based applications and coaching tools, contributing to a seamless user experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for online health care applications
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements
• Utilize Jira and Zephyr for test case management, tracking defects, and reporting
• Document test results and provide feedback to development teams
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality software releases
• Identify and report bugs in a clear and concise manner
• Assist in the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA methodologies

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in online health care or mental health care applications
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
