What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously
• Utilize training and knowledge to accurately respond to customer inquiries and sell products
• Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and coordinating with other departments
• Document and process customer orders accurately in the appropriate systems
• Stay updated on program knowledge and changes through training and meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or contact center environment
• State or Federal work experience
