Coverra Insurance Services is a growing company. Due to our growth, we are adding an additional position. The Coverra Insurance Services Team is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent to help grow and maintain relationships with our customers!
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Personal Lines Customer Service Agent - Job Responsibilities:  Support and service a wide range of personal lines accounts  Respond to client calls about policy changes, updates, and coverage questions.  Quoting and rating of new clients, account renewals and cross sales opportunities.  No cold calling.  Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Education and Experience Requirements
 Property and Casualty license required.
 3 years of personal lines insurance experience with an independent insurance agency
 Experience using Applied EPIC required
 Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and related software
