Insurance – Personal Lines – Customer Service Agent

Coverra Insurance Services is a growing company. Due to our growth, we are adding an additional position. The Coverra Insurance Services Team is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent to help grow and maintain relationships with our customers!

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Personal Lines Customer Service Agent - Job Responsibilities: • Support and service a wide range of personal lines accounts • Respond to client calls about policy changes, updates, and coverage questions. • Quoting and rating of new clients, account renewals and cross sales opportunities. • No cold calling. • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Education and Experience Requirements
• Property and Casualty license required.
• 3 years of personal lines insurance experience with an independent insurance agency
• Experience using Applied EPIC required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and related software
