Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager - Customer Success Manager at LeadCenter.AI. The role involves managing projects, expediting processes, and overseeing technical support to ensure customer success.
Onboarding new customers:
 Guiding new clients through the initial setup and implementation process, educating them on product features and best practices to ensure smooth adoption.
Regular customer check-ins:
 Proactively reaching out to customers to monitor their usage, identify potential issues, and provide ongoing support to optimize their experience.
Customer success planning:
 Developing tailored plans for each customer based on their specific requirements, outlining key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.
Technical support:
 Providing technical assistance when necessary, addressing customer queries and troubleshooting issues.
Feedback collection and analysis:
 Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and communicate insights to product development teams.
Required Skills:
 Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex information and build rapport with customers at all levels.
 Empathy and customer focus: Understanding customer needs and perspectives to provide tailored support and address concerns effectively.
