Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

I am looking for a money-motivated, self-starter to be a part of our sales team. This position REQUIRES previous REMOTE SALES EXPERIENCE working for a State Farm Agent, with a proven track record. Preferably located in Texas. At Alan Neal State Farm, we are focused on attaining goals but also want to be sure that we offer the right product to fit the customer needs, so being able to "pivot" over to other lines is crucial. This is a great opportunity for the right person and can be very lucrative, since there is no cap on monthly commissions.
There are daily, weekly and monthly goals to achieve for each team member, as well as the overall office goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about State Farm insurance products  Develop leads, make calls from internet leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.  Follow word tracks for best results and increased sales  Willingness to learn and motivated to succeed QUALIFICATIONS:  * 1 - 2 years insurance sales experience  Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred  People person  Self-motivated  Money motivated  Goal-oriented  Ability to work in a team environment  Property and Casualty license  Life and Health license  If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
