Key Responsibilities
 Maintain precise and current inventory records while monitoring food and beverage costs.
 Reconcile inventory purchases, consumption, and waste to ensure financial accuracy.
 Analyze inventory trends to uncover potential cost-saving initiatives.
 Record daily transactions associated with inventory, ensuring appropriate documentation and categorization.
 Generate and evaluate financial reports to ensure data integrity.
 Support accounts payable and receivable functions related to inventory transactions.
 Ensure adherence to company policies and financial best practices.
 Collaborate with management to refine inventory control procedures and enhance financial reporting effectiveness.
 Maintain organized and accessible inventory documentation.
Required Skills
 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
 Proficiency in data analysis and identifying trends in inventory and expenses.
 Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Qualifications
 Previous experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality context.
 Familiarity with TOAST POS and QuickBooks is highly advantageous.
