Key Responsibilities
 Grow connections to attract fresh clients via a variety of sourcing methods, such as personal visits, virtual networking, referrals, social media interactions, and participation in speaking engagements.
 Accelerate trust-building and devise tailored, all-encompassing strategies by gaining a profound understanding of the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients and potential clients to assist them in accomplishing their goals.
 Oversee branch procedures, roles, and obligations to ensure a high-quality, efficient client service consistent with organizational policies, legal mandates, and ethical guidelines.
 Engage with the branch team to formulate, monitor, and modify the branch's operational strategy to enhance branch effectiveness and accomplish the targeted business results.
 Establish a collaborative branch culture that promotes trust, respect, transparent feedback, and a shared commitment to accountability among all team members.

Benefits:
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), disability income continuation, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Income continuation, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to financial advisors. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account and flexible spending account. Financial advisors enjoy flexibility in their schedule and, where required by applicable law, are eligible for paid sick leave and paid time off. Financial advisors may be eligible for bonuses; profit sharing; paid medical and parental leave for Financial Advisors that satisfy eligibility requirements; and participation in the firm's Travel Award Program. Compensation:
We know that building a business takes time, so we've built a new financial advisor compensation program that supports and rewards you as you learn the skills, systems and business practices you need to succeed in our client-first business model. The new financial advisor compensation program includes trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to five years, commissions and compensation for new assets gathered for the first five years.

Skills/Requirements
Successful candidates will have at least one of the four qualifications listed in the bullets provided:
 It is highly recommended for candidates to have a bachelor's degree, or have equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry
 An understanding of financial services and sales is crucial
 Official documentation or authorization for participating in financial service activities
 Advancement in a professional or military career signifies an individual's readiness to take on leadership roles and contribute to the overall success of their team or unit
Licensing:
 SIE (which can be obtained without Firm sponsorship), Series 7 and Series 66 will be required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned paid study period.
 Within three months, applicants must obtain FINRA registrations along with state insurance licenses.
 It is a requirement for associates to engage in ongoing training programs provided by the firm and pertinent regulatory authorities like FINRA and the SEC, as well as to meet compulsory CE training standards to ensure the maintenance of valid licenses.
