Lead Generation Operations Coordinator

Description:
• Looking for a highly skilled Lead Generation Operations Coordinator to optimize execution and fulfillment of lead generation programs.
• Serve as the expert in ensuring the most effective ways to fill lead gen programs, supporting strategy, growth, and operational excellence.
• Work closely with email marketing and teledemand teams to ensure best practices, improve processes, and drive exceptional results.

Requirements: • 2+ years of proven experience in lead generation operations, marketing fulfillment, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of lead fulfillment strategies across multiple channels (email marketing, teledemand, etc.). • Experience working with email marketing teams to implement best practices and optimize lead generation performance. • Process-driven mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. • Skilled collaborator with GTM teams and cross-functional departments. • Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce, and quantitative analysis. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
