Airbnb is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consumer Insights Measurement Program Lead to join our growing Research Team.
The Difference You Will Make:
This role will be crucial in 1) shaping our perceptual media measurement program & capabilities, focusing on how we assess brand perception & consumer sentiment and 2) overseeing the development of a dashboard system for global brand tracker data, delivering strategic insights across the organization. The right candidate will have a strong foundation in media and brand measurement & possess a strong blend of analytical expertise and creative problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
A Typical Day:
 Lead the design, implementation, and management of media measurement strategies and methodologies that enhance our understanding of media effectiveness
 Oversee the development of interactive dashboards that consolidate and visualize global brand tracker data, providing access for stakeholders
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics for success and establish reporting frameworks that track media engagement and impact
 Identify and implement innovative measurement techniques, including advanced analytics, that respond to evolving business needs and industry trends
 Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting
 Prepare and present findings through compelling written reports and presentations, ensuring clarity and engagement for diverse stakeholder groups
 Work collaboratively with the broader Research Team to share insights, integrate findings, and avoid silos within the organization
Your Expertise:
 10+ years of experience in media measurement, analytics, or consumer insights, with a strong background in marketing research
 A degree in research, marketing, data analytics, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus
 Proven experience in both the client and vendor sides of media research and measurement
 Ability to plan, manage and facilitate global research
 Expertise in a range of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, particularly related to media perceptual analysis
 Familiarity with advanced analytics tools, digital tracking methodologies, and leading-edge media measurement technologies (e.g., AI-driven solutions).
 Strong attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset that empowers insights and drives decision-making
 Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and cooperative attitude that fosters collaboration and teamwork both inside and outside the department
 Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a hands-on, proactive approach and creative problem-solving skills
 Comfortable in navigating and excelling in challenging environments with no playbook for success, and able to simplify
Your Location:
This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
