Responsibilities
• Provide medical and procedural consultation for residents.
• Advise the facility administrator on service enhancements and future resident care programs.
• Be available to the facility 24/7 for emergencies.
• Attend monthly QA and/or QAPI meetings (at least 10 months per year).
• Assist in developing clinical pathways to improve resident care.
• Support facility marketing efforts as requested.
• Collaborate with other attending physicians to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.

Qualifications
• Medical degree.
• Appropriate licensure.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities or with geriatric populations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
