Zeno is looking for a Director, Project Management to support a variety of integrated accounts.
As a Director of Project Management, you will be an integral part of the teamâs operations and workflow, partnering with senior leadership to manage multiple functions. You will bridge the gap between our client teams, finance, and practice specialties, working to implement and optimize processes. Examples include working to standardize and track budgets, developing SOWs, owning and managing program timelines, and flagging program risks as they arise.
To succeed in this role, you must be a proactive, highly motivated, organized, and collaborative individual with
strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agency setting is crucial.This person will report to our Project Management Department lead.â¯â¯â¯

About You:
Pay range: $115,000 to $133,000/year USD.
An employeeâs pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEHâs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
