About the role


As we continue to grow and transform, our Sales Operations Team is now looking for a Program Manager for the Northern European region. Reporting into our Sales Operations Director, this is a newly created position that will coordinate with stakeholders and contributors across different functions to reach the joint goal. The main initial scope of the position will be a commercial contract transformation program. The postholder will work to find sustainable commercial models, identify ways to improve the current operations and execute their plans. These programs will support and development sales, improve collaboration and achieve growth.This is a full ownership Program Manager position, driving the program from conception to execution, ensuring strategic alignment, seamless implementation and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities


  • Establish the program baseline: define program scope, set long-term and short-term goals, secure the necessary resources and monitor all activities, in line with the company wide and regional strategies

  • Drive program execution: track program activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues

  • Quick identification and evaluation of risks and issues and management of all dependencies.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders/contributing departments to drive initiatives - drive accountability for delivering agreed outcomes as well as updating on status, goals and KPIs

  • Organising daily activities to move the program forward in line with the objectives
  • About you


  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other relevant field.

  • Proven record in program management, business management or project management.

  • Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Strong conflict resolution, problem solving skills and an ownership mindset

  • Independent, detail oriented, and a good team player

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills, high-level management and leadership skills

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams including sales, product, go to market, legal and finance teams

  • Professional fluency in English and Swedish is required for this role

    New Office Location


    Our office is currently located in Solna, however we are very excited to be moving to a beautiful new location in central Stockholm at the end of 2025. Our future address will be Fleminggatan 14 in Kungsholmen, just a short walk from Stockholm Central Station.
