The role


Join our Global Compliance and Ethics team at Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global data company. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethics in data sourcing and processing.



As an Attorney, International Product Compliance, you will:


·Advise International Business on legal and regulatory requirements, including privacy and data protection, artificial intelligence, credit reporting, data transfer, data security and accessibility requirements as it relates to International Products.


·Conduct risk analysis and compliance assessments for International Products.


·Document internal processes and review data flows and sourcing agreements.

  • Support the Data and Product COE:

  • Act as a regulatory attorney for data and products in the International business line.

  • Provide advice and counsel to International data and product teams during conception, design, development, and go-to-market.

  • Collaborate with the GCE Program and Operations Team:

  • Ensure data flows and product risks are appropriately documented and analyzed.

  • Review Impact Assessments and Controls:

  • Serve as a reviewer of impact assessments and controls for D&B products internationally.

  • Coordinate with International Corporate Legal Affairs:

  • Address data, product, and privacy considerations in commercial contracting, promotional materials, and other go-to-market matters
  • Skills


  • Educational Background:

  • Masters of Law with at least 2-4 years of legal experience, preferably some in-house with a Global or International Company.

  • At least 2 years of experience in regulatory disciplines such as privacy, data protection, or data and product compliance.

  • Additional qualifications like CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, or AIGP are a plus.

  • Communication & Advocacy:

  • Persuasive Negotiator:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Regulatory Outreach:Experience with regulatory advocacy and participation in industry groups is a plus.

  • Project Management:

  • Efficient Delivery:Manage complex projects using technology and resources effectively.

  • Adaptable:Comfortable with change and ambiguity, open-minded, and a potential change agent.

  • Passion for Data:

  • Data-Driven:Passionate about data and comfortable discussing data and compliance with various stakeholders.

  • Outcome-Oriented:Strives to demonstrate the value of contributions.


  • Risk Management:Experience in risk management is a plus.


  • Operational Excellence:Agile, scrum, lean six-sigma experience is a bonus.
