Time Tracking Implementation Coordinator
Posted 2025-04-06The Time Tracking Implementation Coordinator role will assist the implementation, stabilization, and general management of our time tracking system for our Fleet Operations department. This role will help ensure accurate timekeeping processes are rolled out for the organization and will collaborate with various departments to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
This is a four-month contract position.
In this role, you will...
Project Management: Help maintain project timelines, project plans, and status reporting to ensure that the implementation stays on schedule.
Implementation Support: Assist the implementation lead in the design, implementation, and stabilization of the time tracking system. Examples of this work include;
Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed system documentation including requirements, system architecture, and process flows
System Testing: Support the testing phase of the implementation process, including assisting in the development of a testing plan, test scenarios, and the execution of test scenarios.
User Training and Support: Assist with the development of training materials and user guides. Provide support during training sessions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Contingent Workforce Program, Legal and Fleet Operations to understand internal time tracking needs. Partner with external vendors to communicate and address solutions for internal needs.

Additional Information
This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay range for this position is $30 to $45 per hour and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
