As a Customer Success Manager (Active Sales), youâll bridge the gap between customer success and sales. Youâll proactively engage with our active customers, using targeted questions to deeply understand their organization, product usage, and desired outcomes. Through meaningful conversations and data-driven insights, youâll identify opportunities for upselling, upgrading, and fostering long-term partnerships.
This is a strategic role where youâll collaborate closely with our Account Management team, laying the groundwork for future growth opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
Proactive Customer Outreach: Engage with active customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to explore their goals and challenges.
Opportunity Identification: Analyze customer needs, usage patterns, and organizational goals to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities.
Targeted Questioning: Conduct thoughtful discussions to understand customersâ current and desired outcomes, aligning them with our solutions.
Collaboration with Account Management: Share insights and opportunities with the Account Management team for seamless handoffs and long-term planning.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage tools like Salesforce and sales analytics platforms to analyze customer data and identify trends.
Process Optimization: Contribute to refining workflows and outreach strategies for maximum impact.
Core Requirements
Fluent English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and active listening skills.
Experience working with B2B clients and understanding their unique needs and workflows.
