The

Sales

Enablement

Associate

will

play

a

crucial

role

in

supporting

our

global

sales

organization

by

developing

and

implementing

enablement

programs

that

drive

sales

effectiveness

and

improve

conversion

rates.

This

position

will

work

closely

with

the

Director

of

Global

Enablement

to

create

and

deliver

high-impact

training

and

resources

for

our

Account

Executives

and

Business

Development

Representatives.

This

is

a

hybrid

role

with

a

3-day/week

expectation

to

work

in

our

Raleigh

office.

Program Support & Delivery ● Assist in designing and implementing sales enablement programs, training sessions, and workshops ● Create and maintain enablement content including presentations, playbooks, and training materials ● Coordinate with product marketing to ensure sales teams are equipped with latest product messaging ● Support partner enablement initiatives to strengthen our partner ecosystem ● Track and analyze program effectiveness through key metrics and feedback collection

Content & Research ● Develop compelling enablement content aligned with sales methodology and best practices ● Research industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics ● Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and document best practices ● Maintain and organize sales enablement resources in central repository

Cross-functional Collaboration ● Work closely with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and training needs ● Partner with product marketing to translate product updates into actionable sales content ● Gather feedback from field teams to continuously improve enablement programs ● Support internal stakeholder communication and alignment

Qualifications

Required Skills ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Strong project management and organizational abilities ● Proficiency with presentation and content creation tools Preferred Skills ● 1+ Years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or similar experience in a B2B software company ● Experience with B2B software sales processes ● Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices ● Familiarity with learning management systems ● Knowledge of instruction design methodologies ● Data analysis and reporting capabilities
