How will you make an impact in this role?
Based in US - Phoenix, AZ, the Management reporting Director is part of Global Finance Operations (GFO), Controllership, Finance. The role focuses on ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of Management Reporting with regards key statistical data and required auditability & controls are maintained. The Director will manage a team of 7 colleagues and will partner with Finance leaders.
Key Responsibilities:  Management Reporting with regards key statistical data e.g. Discount Billed Business, CIF, Headcount etc  Maintain DRM reference hierarchies (Product, merchant industry, org ID, etc.) BAU updates as well as impacts from projects and initiatives  SECM - Validation of automated process to bring legal and managed in balance  Cornerstone UTV pull, compared to Legal create manual file EssBase Pull  Execute on key enterprise projects e.g. LUMI Transition, ARDW Decommission in terms of linkages with GFO, Data Cutovers to FALCON etc  Ensure timely closure of Management Reporting from month end perspective including trouble shooting  Collaboration across a broad range of stakeholders including CP&A, Technology
Controls & Compliance
 Maintain Data integrity in Management Reporting from SOR to downstream applications
 Build, Maintain, Enhance Data Governance capabilities to automate data validations
Stakeholder Management:
 Act as a liaison between finance, business, and technology teams to ensure seamless collaboration
 Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders on key performance metrics, risks, and improvement initiatives
Leadership & Team Management:
 Lead and mentor a team of professionals
 Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation
 Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members
Key Competencies:
 Strategic thinking and decision-making
 Strong understanding of Data architecture, Data Governance
 Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
 Change management and organizational transformation expertise
 Agile mindset  positive, can-do attitude with the flexibility to adapt
 Leadership  act & lead with courage, make decisions quickly & influence change
Minimum Qualifications:  Proven expertise in financial controls, and compliance  Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:  BachelorÂs degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or professional certifications like CPA/Chartered Accountant, or similar qualification, preferred)  10+ years of experience in financial operations, shared services, or service management roles  Familiarity with ERP / Data Lakes / BI tools (Cornerstone, FDL, Oracle, TM1)
Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
