Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/. Enterprise Quality is a comprehensive organization within J&J that focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality & compliance. It encompasses a Quality Operations division that handles Computer System Validation (CSV), QMS Management, and Commercial Quality Shared Services, including specialized support for Transportation Operations and Temperature Control. Additionally, it includes a Transformation Office dedicated to steering strategic imperatives and enhancing the Quality & Compliance organization's strategy through initiatives like Data Strategy, Automated Product Release, and Digitalization of Quality Management Systems. The group further comprises a Data & Digital Strategy function tasked with developing and executing a holistic digital and data strategy to improve quality and compliance, covering areas such as Data Foundations, AI/ML & IoT technologies, Quality & Compliance Innovation, and Digital Assets validation. To facilitate the deployment of these strategic initiatives, the group employs two Deployment Offices for the MedTech and Innovative Medicines segments within which this role is posted. A global presence is maintained through three regional leaders leading operations in Asia Pacific (ASPAC), Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), and the Americas. Within Enterprise Quality (EQ), the MedTech and Innovative Medicine (IM) Deployment Offices drive targeted strategic transformation, quality operations (CSV) initiatives and is responsible for the roadmap and delivery of the EQ digital product portfolio aligned with the MT and IM segment strategic priorities. As a key member of the MT Deployment office, the Director of Digital Product and Program Management plays a pivotal role in facilitating efficient and value-driven execution within the segment. This is achieved through comprehensive oversight of segment-specific EQ transformation, quality operations (CSV) and digital product initiatives. Interacting directly with the EQ transformational and operational teams in the segment, this individual supports the delivery of multiple and complex initiatives, ensuring operational execution is of high quality, meets customer expectations and is within aligned timelines, and budgets. The Director closely partners with the Transformation OfficeÂs Strategy & Deployment team to share progress and apply tools and frameworks for monitoring performance, status, and benefit realization across EQ initiatives within the segment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating all EQ Deployment Office digital product initiatives within the segment. Direct the delivery of multiple highly complex, global, strategic digital initiatives that shape the future state strategy for the Q&C organization and key-value delivery initiatives across the enterprise. Drive overall achievement of digital capabilities and roadmaps by handling the portfolio of strategic programs and projects including prioritization, resource allocation, and measurement against Q&C segment goals to ensure that business commitments are achieved, and value is realized. Drive performance and ensure programs deliver on program objectives by tracking, measuring, and reporting progress against critical metrics, achievements, and execution to plan. Ensure input is given to digital product backlogs based on voice of the customer. Collaborate with the Transformation Office to ensure product roadmaps align with segment needs and dependencies are understood. Collaborate with Q&C Enterprise Strategy & Deployment leadership to drive effective risk management and critical issue actions by proactively identifying product and technical risks, generating mitigation plans, and facilitating the closure of risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Establish & operate program tracking and reporting, to ensure programs deliver their final project objectives, stay on track, financial commitments, benefits realization. Implement an agile and efficient process to prioritize projects across the strategic workstreams, and flow appropriate resources to ensure benefits are realized. Drive identification and awareness of initiatives that drive measurable value. Cultivate a strong culture within project teams, emphasizing ownership and dedication to project and business plans. Qualifications Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum of 8 years of technical experience in Digital Product management which included a broad-based understanding of business operations. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Portfolio and/or Project management to include portfolio prioritization, optimization, resource management, and financial reporting including benefits tracking. Experience leading large, cross-functional transformational programs and establishing governance, reporting, and performance measures (critical metrics) around those programs. Very strong business sense to drive investment alignment with LRFP & BP. Outstanding team building and leadership skills. Strong blend of tactical and strategic management skills. Strategic thinking, visionary and foresight to conceptualize new solutions that address core business objectives. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact optimally with all levels of the organization. Strong work ethic with the ability to build passion around achieving objectives. Drive strategic direction and deployment of goals and objectives into meaningful actions. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational change skills. Preferred: Experience with Project Management and visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau. PMP, Scrum Master and/or Product Owner Certification. Cross-sector experience: Consumer Products, Medical Devices and Diagnostics, Biotech, or Pharmaceuticals Other: This position is anticipated to have up to 10% travel The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporationÂs performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the CompanyÂs discretion on an individual basis.
