Call Center Representative - Evening Shift

The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling all inbound requests and outbound calls from potential customers interested in Marvin's Digital Business Venture's product and service offerings with the goal of converting these leads into sales appointments.
Highlights of your role:
 Connect with potential customers via phone, text, email, and web chat
 Educate potential customers on our business and determining whether or not we have the right product/service for them
 Following up on inquiries
 Follow scripting and vetting standards to ensure all needed information is captured for each Sales appointment
 Review previous appointments and assess the needed approach to reschedule a customer as needed
 Capture contact information and project details and input into Salesforce
 Route unserviceable leads to other partnering businesses that can serve the potential customer
Compensation: $17 - $19 per hour (pay based on experience) You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
 Excellent time management and communication skills (Bilingual preferred)
 Take direction well and can follow procedures
 Experience in call centers, customer service, service industry, sales, or marketing in a customer-facing role
 Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing standards and situations
 Hands-on experience with any of the following systems would be helpful: Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Webflow, Typeform, Klaviyo, Calendly
 All combinations of education and experience will be considered
Also want to make sure you have:
 Professional, positive behavior with a focus on providing an outstanding experience for our customers, as well as engaging with the team.
 Ability to multi-task by navigating several processes and programs while maintaining professionalism with customers
 Self-motivator with a strong work ethic
 Required to be in the Pacific Time Zone
 Evenings and weekends are required.
