This Senior Manager will play an integral role in driving spend confidence by optimizing and innovating spending features on Premium Products and helping to grow our share of spend & lend. This position provides the opportunity to lead critical, strategical, cross-functional workstreams for a high priority product.
Primary Responsibilities
 Define vision, playbook, and roadmap to drive growth with spending features such as Check Spending Power, Global Limits, NPSL etc.
 Integrate customer research, product knowledge and market analysis to identify new opportunities with spending features and convert into actionable product requirements.
 Collaborate with key partners including Risk, Pricing, Product Development, Finance, Premium Products, Marketing and Legal & Compliance.
 Partner with product development teams to deliver on capability roadmap.
 Define and set up customer engagement monitoring with the features and evaluate performance of feature enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
 Customer Centric: You strive to understand CM behavior and constantly put yourself in CMs mentality
 Strategic: You are intellectually curious and have superior problem-solving skills to leverage your understanding of customer engagement, marketing KPIs, spending and lending economics to help unlock value
 Innovative and Creative: You are not afraid to test and apply new knowledge and experiences to address evolving CM borrowing needs in innovative and creative ways
 Collaborative: You are known for your thought-leadership with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire cross-functional partners to drive collaboration and develop shared vision
 Methodical: You are a strong project manager with a keen attention to details and excellent organization skills who knows when/where/how to prioritize effectively and courageously
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
