Key Responsibilities
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
 Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
 Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher authorities when necessary.
 Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures.
 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service.
 Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the customer service database.
 Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
 Proven experience in customer service; experience in the airline industry is a strong advantage.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
 Proficient with computers and familiar with customer service software.
 Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
 Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
