We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our products and services while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities: Â Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Â Identify and resolve customer issues, providing clear information or solutions. Â Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and processes to assist customers effectively. Â Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Â Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and operations to address complex... inquiries.
