The Opportunity
The Overnight CSR serves a critical function on our team - making sure that our customers with urgent needs get help ASAP. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, assessing their needs, and dispatching technicians to job sites. You will work over the phone and in our computer system to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible.

Compensation & Benefits
 $18/hour + bonus (average of 45 hours per week)

Responsibilities
 Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers
 Accurately enter customer and appointment information into ServiceTitan (CRM)
 Schedule appointments
 Dispatch on-call technicians to urgent customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
 Previous call center, customer service, or dispatching experience
 Clear written and verbal communication skills
 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Requirements
 Willing to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law
 High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule : Friday - Monday, 7 PM - 7 AM
