Job Description
Account Manager / Billing Clerk Responsibilities: Â Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. Â Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. Â Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. Â Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior. Â Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes. Â Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. Â Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. Â Identifying industry trends. Â Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Qualifications
Account Manager / Billing Clerk Requirements: Â BachelorÂs degree in sales, communications, or related field. Â More education or experience may be preferred. Â Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Â Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data. Â Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. Â Excellent active listening skills. Â Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. Â Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends. Â Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
