Legacy Data Archiving Consultant

Remote (can have up to 5% travel)

Duration: 6 month

This is a opportunity for us to provide a Project Manager with BA skills to manage a large scale project integrating legacy data from 3 medical groups (patient records and HR records for employees.)

This will be a fully remote role starting at 6 months to start. This will be a specialty type of position
The role is fully remote, but can have up to 5% travel for on site meetings.

NOTE: Specific experience managing an archiving project in a hospital system is required.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering archiving projects within healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of EMR conversion and data management expertise to navigate potential challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the delivery of archiving projects projects from initiation through to completion. • Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements for the new system. • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Identify potential risks and issues within the project and implement proactive mitigation strategies. • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders. • Facilitate communication between teams and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Project Manager with specific expertise in delivering EMR conversion and data management expertise with solutions like MediQuant, Triyam, Trinisys or Galen etc. • Strong experience with legacy data management and best practices for archiving. • Experience delivering solutions within a clinical heath care system. • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
