What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Perform research and analysis of complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data
• Develop ad-hoc and standard reports using SQL and other analytic tools
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely project completion and data collection
• Analyze data sets for anomalies and trends, providing executive summaries to requestors
• Maintain SharePoint sites and document reporting processes and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-7 years of increasingly complex database and data management experience
• 5-7 years of experience in quantifying, measuring, and analyzing financial and performance metrics
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Azure, Databricks, Salesforce, SQL, and Power BI
• Demonstrated healthcare experience in analyzing financial and utilization metrics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in Medical Economics and knowledge of performance indicators
• Ability to identify and investigate complex medical cost issues
• Skills in predictive modeling and healthcare analytics
• Experience as a Healthcare Analyst I or Financial/Accounting Analyst I
• Familiarity with multiple data systems and models
