We are seeking a part-time HR Professional for a growing Christian Foundation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all human resources activities, focusing on developing a strong corporate culture and ensuring that the staff is well-equipped to deliver the Foundation's Vision, Mission, and Strategy. This role is pivotal in cultivating a positive, effective, and Christ-centered work environment.
Responsibilities
 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the Foundation's Vision, Mission, and Values.

 Oversee the onboarding processes and ensure timely and effective onboarding of new employees.

 Manage payroll functions and ensure timely processing of payroll.

 Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
,
 Collaborate with the Executive Team to identify training needs and develop personal development plans for employees.

 Facilitate mid-year and annual performance appraisal and compensation processes.
,
 Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
,
 Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
,
 Cultivate a safe and Spirit-filled work environment.
Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
,
 5 years of experience in HR, particularly in culture development and employee relations.
,
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
,
 Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves
 Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR, CPP, FPC) is a plus.

 Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus.

 Start-to-finish experience in payroll processing is a big plus.
