PayPal Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Customer Care Officer to join our team on a remote basis in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities: –

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner – Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions – Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, and technical support – Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently – Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery – Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: –

Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field – Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Must be self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to change
