  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Handle high in-bound call volume covering a full range of customer service inquiries
  • Respond to inbound customer calls and assist customers face-to-face as needed
  • Provide customers with a clear understanding of charges, billing cycles, and payment methods
  • Maintain working knowledge of all products and services offered
  • Apply sales and service skills acquired from the Standard Operation Procedure during customer interactions
  • What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to operate office equipment
  • Efficient and accurate handling of money
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
