We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Chat Support Agent to join our team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers through live chat, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Provide product and service information to customers

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior agents

• Document customer interactions and update records in our database

• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates through training and development programs

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or chat support

• Excellent communication... typing, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in chat software and technology

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
